Meet PC Recyclers of Idaho: your neighbors for secure e-waste recycling and IT asset disposal
We're an R2v3-certified electronics recycler in Meridian, Idaho. Here's how we help local businesses, schools, and nonprofits retire equipment securely and give it a second life.

Since 2004, PC Recyclers of Idaho has helped Idaho businesses, schools, and nonprofits answer a simple question: what do we do with all this old equipment?
We’re an R2v3-certified electronics recycler based in Meridian, serving Idaho and eastern Oregon. Our work comes down to three things: protecting our clients’ data, supporting our community, and keeping electronics out of landfills. Here’s what each of those means in practice.
For our clients: secure, hassle-free IT asset disposal
Retiring equipment shouldn’t become a project. We pick up retired computers, servers, phones, and other electronics from your facility, document everything, and handle it securely from that point on.
- Free pickup — we load it and haul it, so your team doesn’t have to. Request a free pickup
- Data destruction to the NIST 800-88 standard by using a 3-pass wiping procedure or physical shredding for drives that can’t be wiped. See our process
- Certificates of Destruction on request, for your auditors and your records
Every device goes through the same process, whether it’s one laptop or a pallet of servers.
For our community: do good, help others, give back
That’s our motto, and it’s one of our core values. Our primary goal is to give every usable device a second life — whether through donation back to the community or resale.
Since 2004, we’ve donated refurbished equipment to families in need, schools, churches, and other organizations throughout Idaho — including Pathways Christian Academy, the Homedale Senior Citizens Center, the Kootenai School District, the Boys & Girls Club of Boise, Meridian Elementary, Elevate Academy Nampa, and Good Heart Technology. Donations like these happen throughout the year.
If your organization could use donated equipment, learn more about our Giving Back program.
For the environment: reuse first, recycle right
Reuse always comes first. Equipment that can be refurbished and put back to work is the greenest outcome there is.
When equipment truly reaches end of life, it’s broken down and recycled through certified downstream providers — components, batteries, circuit boards, etc. go back into the supply chain instead of a landfill. We’re certified to the R2v3 standard from Sustainable Electronics Recycling International, along with RIOS certification, and our certifications are audited by independent registrars. More about us
